iMed Urgent Care is a Walk-in clinic providing medical treatment for injuries, sicknesses, & ailments that need immediate attention but are not life-threatening. At iMed Urgent Care clinic, our goal is to provide high-quality medical care to patients near Grove City and surrounding areas the minute they need it. Due to this reason, we do not require an appointment at our clinic, and our clinic stays open late with weekend hours. In addition, we provide reasonable options for self-pay to those without insurance.

We Provide Immigration Physicals

Immigration or Green Card Physical (I-693)
Immigration Medical Exam Fee Only $299 which includes
- Your visit with the USCIS Civil Surgeon + filling form I-693.
- Tests including QuantiFeron-TB, RPR, and TB test.
- We do all blood tests on-site. Others will send you to different places for each service. Avoid this run-around.

What Happens During a Work-Related Physical Exam?
You’ll review your medical health history and job information with your iMed Urgent Care, if applicable. Your provider will usually check:
- Vital signs – such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature.
- Your heart – to detect possible signs of heart disease.
- Your lungs – to listen for any wheezing or difficulty breathing.
- Your abdomen – to check on the health of your liver, bowels, and other organs.
- Your skin – skin problems can be signs and symptoms of other underlying illnesses.

Sports Physical Exam or Sports Screening
When your child is getting ready for a busy sports season, a sports physical is the best way to ensure they are healthy and prepared for activity. Our school and sports physicals include:
